OH MY GOD NIGHT PICTURES. I CAN’T.
IT’S OPEN!!!
Omg I’m gonna cry so hard when I get to ride this. I’m much more excited for this than Belle’s stuff.

Ok, so here’s the breakdown from last night.
I already mentioned the near death part, so I’ll skip that.
Wes and I headed straight to MK and got to the Liberty Square Sorcerers Outpost before the Electrical Parade started. Then we went straight to Fantasyland. That that’s where the above picture comes in.
Hey new wall! It’s beautiful.
It’s kinda crazy though because they’ve sectioned off all the walkway in front of where Snow’s Scary Adventure was, so you can’t even walk over there anymore. Plus, two of the Fantasyland Sorcerers Portals are blocked off because of the ongoing work to put up the Castle’s Christmas lights. I’m assuming they just direct players to the other three portals. I’m sure the lines in the middle of the day when everyone is playing are nuts.
Anyways, you can walk through the new wall, through to where Pooh is, to get back to Storybook Circus, where this is.

Nice right? But we couldn’t figure out why it’s not being lit yet. Disappointing, but maybe next time?
Ok, now I’m going out of order. Wes and I did Buzz & Peoplemover before Wishes. We like to watch over in front of Dumbo now, because they’re so much louder over there, and everything looks bigger and fabulous. And you can sit and not be blocked by anyone. ;)

(the bottom of this pic s the top of the new Little Mermaid section of New Fantasyland.)
Then Wes and I did the Tea cups and walked around Fantasyland some more. I picked the ear hat I want, but I decided to wait until next time to actually buy it so I can enjoy wearing it in the park. Wes and I were headed to Adventureland by way of Liberty Square, when we got the call to meet up with our parents. That’s when I overheard this…
Child: Should we go see the Hall of Presidents?
Father: We’ll go when Romney’s in there
I found to to be hilarious, but maybe that’s just me.
So we met up with Mom and Dad, and went into Haunted Mansion.
Either Mansion’s getting Fasspass again, or they’re rolling out something called Passpass +. Anyone heard of Fastpass + or am I crazy? It’s bullshit whatever it is. Right now, everyone is being diverted through the graveyard queue, and the direct route is marked with a sign that says
“Fasspass +
Entrance”
There are a few different looking Fasspass machines around, but I still have no clue what’s going on with that. I’ll keep my eyes and ears open.
Ok, and those “bathrooms” in between Mansion and Small World, are gonna be huge. Just sayin’.
So we headed back to Fantasyland to show off the new stuff to Mom and Dad. And we rode Dumbo, because Dumbo’s the best at night. I’m in love with photographing this ride at night, omg.

So then we were gonna run back around to do Pirates or Something before the park closed, when two Cast Members stopped us. The one guy asked us if we were having a magical night, and we all said of course. And Dad, playing around, was like “we were hoping to stay ‘til 2.” And the cast member was like, “2 huh? That’s kinda late. You’re gonna need something to keep you up. How does this work?” And the other Cast Member, pulled this out from behind a box she was carrying.

Like, OMG, it was the biggest sundae I’ve ever seen inside of MK. Like a mini Kitchen sink, and it was free. They way they were talking, I though we had a shot at the Castle Suite, but hey, I’ll take free ice cream any day. lol. I mean, look at this thing!

So we didn’t get to ride anything else, because we were noming on our dessert, but it was still nice just to leisurely walk around.
Also, I found my shirt I want. It’s blue and looks like Donald’s sailor suit. I want to to wear with my Donald Magical Ribbons so bad. We did some other shopping, including the had shop on Main Street, and I met this guy wearing a Daring Doo shirt I had to complement him on. He was nice, and we talked pony for a bit before parting ways.
The rest of the evening went smoothly. Ride home was nice and quiet, and we didn’t get back too late. So it was a good day. :)
Good grief, I’m really craving one of these right now. Maybe tomorrow?
Funny story. I bought this when we were on vacation last month. Wes and I were headed to Animal Kingdom to meet out parents but had stopped at MK to get Sorcerers cards. I wanted a snack so we went into the Confectionery, and I found this huge cookie. I got it thinking that I’d be able to eat it on the bus over to AK, but our bus ended up being packed, so I felt awkward eating in front of everyone.
Anyway, so we get to AK, and I remembered you’re not allowed anything plastic in the park for the animal’s safety. So I had to throw the clam it was in away, and carry this huge cookie around while Wes and I tried to eat it. It was so good, but really too big for just us two. We did manage to eat it all though before heading over to Festival of the Lion King.

Here’s another!
IT’S CANON NOW GUYS. IT. IS CANON. AND THE FRAME, IT’S JUST PERFECT. THERE’S NO WAY MAURICE WOULD HAVE A BIG ELABORATE FRAME. AND IT’S A BIT DIRTY, LIKE IT’S BEEN HANGING THERE FOR YEARS. OMG. IT’S SO PERFECT.
This gif is so soothing.
this is what happens when it starts to rain in Disney- people go crraaazzy
OMG All those young guys running for the cover of Space Mountain, and That one guy on the left, just flips his hat on with one hand.

It’s really happening guys! Eventually there will be no more walls and construction materials in Fantasyland. The end is in sight. :)
Look how far we’ve come.
