Ok, I love first world disney problems, but I’ma warn you, this is a full on rant right here.
I used to love screaming in the stretching room, but now this shit drives me insane. Usually because the more obnoxious the screaming is, the more likely to have those people being rude and inconsiderate the rest of the ride. It’s like a barometer for how pissed off I’m gonna be when I get off the ride.
I like my Mansion quiet and spooky. I wouldn’t even go on this ride before I was like twelve because it creeped me the fuck out for the OUTSIDE. Hell, my brother still can’t go through the graveyard scene without freaking out at the heads that pop up.
Now a days, you can’t get people to shut up long enough to get them in the chamber so the door can close before the room starts stretching. Then you get the flash photography, Not to mention more screaming. It’s ok to be genuinely startled, but you can’t scream the entire ride through (it’s happened before, and not from little kids either) And then you get the fuckers having full blown conversations three buggies down from you. Bitch, I don’t care what Bobby said to Susan after he didn’t show up to their date, I just want to hear Madam Leota rhyme Halloween and tambourine.
If you want to scream, fine, but please, PLEASE, be quiet the rest of the time ok? Then maybe I won’t be tempted to try and nip it in the bud in the stretching room
