BlueRay Angst
I don’t believe animated features require or even warrant a special Blue-Ray Release. Trying to take something that wasn’t meant to be experienced in 100% pixel by pixel clarity and putting it on a “hi-def” tv ruins some of the magic of artistic expression and power of suggestion for me. However, I get tummy butterflies whenever I think about The Lion King in 3D....

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 9: Favorite...
Donald and Daisy Duck. This is kinda required for me, My parents names are Donald and Daisy, no lie! But really they’re just generally awesome. Image from http://yeinjee.com/travel/2007/disney-on-parade-hong-kong-disneyland/

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 8: Favorite Villan
Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. Forget to invite a bitch to a party, PREPARE TO DIE! She’s just too badass. I loved Ridley Pearson’s rendition of her in his Kingdom Keepers books too. OMG and Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios?! Come on, Mistress of all Evil FTW! Close second is Scar, of course, but I promised I’d try not to repeat movies too much. C;

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 7: Favorite Sidekick
Pascal from Tangled. I never expected myself to love this movie as much as I did. The moment with the lanterns makes my cry like a wee baby every time. In general I tend to gravitate toward Disney’s talking animals movies more than princesses and such, but this was an example of a mute animal that stole my heart. <3

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 6: Favorite Animal
Tramp and his son Scamp from The Lady and the Tramp I and II. I can’t even explain it, they’re just so awesome. Father and Son more alike than they ever even realize. Example of a Sequel done right.

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 5: Favorite Prince
Prince Eric from The Little Mermaid. He’s adorable. Move aside Ariel, there’s plenty of other fish- er, I mean - men on land. Keep looking I’m sure you’ll find another one you’re into. ^^ I’ll take Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome here off your hands while you explore the shore up above.

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 4: Favorite Hero
Simba from The Lion King. Honestly, I wanted to marry Simba one day. ‘,:/ I was a weird child. But honestly, like most of my generation, I just love this movie to pieces.

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 3: Favorite Princess
Already answered this one. Ariel from The Little Mermaid. Though Belle had the title before Ariel did, I can actually remember that movie coming out and loving it. I had a Ariel themed party one year, complete with pinata! :3

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 2: Favorite Heroine
Jane Porter from Tarzan. I was in the process of making a costume of her for Mickey’s Not So Scarey Halloween Party last year, but we ended up not going. She’s just too cute and hilarious!

30 Day Disney Challenge - Day 1: Favorite...
Since Lilo and Stitch came out, it’s always been Stitch and Eeyore basically tied. I actually own a lot more Stitch Stuff, but My large Eeyore is the one that I cuddle with at night. <3

Hello!
Hello everyone! I decided to tryout Tumblr and see how I like it. Hoping it’ll keep me busy over the rest of this summer and help me promote my art a bit. ^^
